Senthil Srinivasan is a Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Project Lead at imec (www.imec-int.com)
Prior to this position, he was a wissenschaftlicher oberassistent (equivalent to Asst. Professor) and Group Leader of Advanced MOS & Bipolar devices at Institute of Semiconductor Engineering (IHT), University of Stuttgart, Germany.
He did his Post doctoral work at Centre of Excellence in Nanoelectronics, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. He has completed his Doctorate from Defence Laboratory, an unit of Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Jodhpur, India. He obtained his Masters in Physics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.
His research interest is on the radiation effects on semiconductor devices, high-K dielectric MOS capacitor,
fabrication of nanoscale CMOS devices (MOSFET, PDBFET, TFET etc), selector for crosspoint memory applications,
metal-semiconductor junctions, IGBTs and triangular barrier devices .
